If you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced fitness enthusiast, we have a class designed just for you! All of our instructors are experienced, fun and friendly, and know just what to do to keep you motivated.

Pam has done a great job of bringing her many years of experience as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor to the program here at Blue Springs Fitness. She is certified through both A.C.E. and A.F.F.A. as a personal trainer and as a group exercise instructor. At the University level, she spent one year at Kansas University where she was on the tennis and swim teams, she then transferred to Stanford University where she received a B.A. Later she returned to Kansas University where she earned her Master's Degree. She remained active in sports all through college.
Pam continues to compete in triathlon (including an Ironman in 2004), running, and biking. She also participates in week long cycle tours across the nation. Her racing has taken her as far away as Capetown, South Africa. She'll be traveling to Miami this November for a half-Ironman triathlon. We asked her if she could pick any sport, what would be her favorite thing. She gave us a strange answer. She said "My favorite thing is the excitement of helping others to reach their fitness goals, and get into the best shape of their lives." That's why Pam is part of the team at Blue Springs Fitnes, and that's why we feel so lucky to have her.
Pam still has all this energy even though she is a mother of six, and even has a new grandson. She loves sharing her experience with new mothers who are looking to get back in shape after a baby. Since she came to BSF she's made a big impact on a lot of members, and started a lot of new programs. Some of the new things she's done include special weight loss classes, outdoor training, and bringing in a Zumba instructor, Ann Marie, with some very special credentials. Pam is very creative and she loves to hear new ideas for classes, try out new things, and meet new peeople. If you don't know Pam yet, be sure you stop by a class and say hello!
