For Summer
We're coming up on another great Summer at Blue Springs Fitness! We have a 2 for 1 Membership Special, lots of teens are getting involved in our new teen programs, and we have a newly remodeled Sauna! Pam has been hard at work updating our Group Fitness Programs. Scott, as always, is getting people into shape with his personal training, and I'm writing lots of new articles for the Fitness Blog .
